Benign nodules may only require monitoring and follow-up scans, while suspicious nodules often need a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis. If a nodule is found to be cancerous, treatment options may include surgery, minimally invasive procedures, or other targeted therapies. By combining imaging results with medical history and clinical examination, doctors are able to recommend the best treatment for breast nodules tailored to each patient’s needs.
